In the really early days of the game, these achievement drops were actually a tradeable consumable you just had to use, so it provided 2 things: I recently finished up the last 2 achievements for this i was missing within the past year (i actually finished a majority of them prior to 2017) I've already landed a few of the attro ones since then just doing the daily endeavors that asked for attros. Some of the most annoying things right now are getting those trophy drops on some of the longer farmed enemies I had to do a year ago. But they all certainly do drop, and are still dropping now. And time wise, likely you are spending more, to farm the same number of enemies. So imo, it isn't that they are impossible to drop, just that the volume of enemies for some of hte trophy's are smaller, so it feels like you have to farm more enemies and spend more time to get the trophy drops.

In comparison to the mass farming of something like skeletons or zombies. But the limited spawns make it take longer to do to hit a decent amount of enemies. I spent 5 hours of that 30 hours farming for those in the rift spot. It's honestly not that bad, and it really only feels worse for the ones that are difficult to get during normal gameplay due to enemy scarcity. Took about 2 months, maybe 30 total hours spent farming during that 2 month period, to farm out the half or so I didn't earn through normal gameplay. ZOS what will it take for you to notice these 'common' dyes are broken. So come on this journey through hell with me. To keep things fair I started from 0 and kept count of my kills today. giving up and telling myself I wont do it again. I have already killed 4-5 thousands of the same monsters over and over and over in the last few years when trying to do these achievements. Instead of playing the game for fun reasons, instead of working on other fun goals I will destroy my play time to prove a point to the ZOS staff who clearly dont want to listen to their players who have complained about this for years.

I will update everyone with a photo of my total kills after each session. It will only get one of the eight trophies needed for that particular dye. Killing thousands of these monsters wont even get me the dye. Now I kill 1000 of the same monster EVERY DAY (missing as few days as I can) until I get the monster trophy. You have broke me and my goal to achieve all the dyes in your game is not worth it. I dont care enough about getting all the dyes anymore. After playing this game for 8 years I can say 'you win ZOS. I will not put myself through the self inflicted torture of doing any MORE of these damn things after I get this last one. I plan to use it to demonstrate to everyone on the forums and the ZOS staff how poorly implemented these trophies are once and for all. So what's with the 1000 kills per day than? I have no plan to finish them all because I believe they are virtually impossible to obtain without going insane and wasting a lot of my real life time doing so. I have farmed them so much that I have now given up on farming them. Maybe you have not farmed them, maybe you are looking in the wrong area? HOWEVER, SOMEHOW, I still dont have these common dye achievements finished.

I have completed all four person trifectas and the majority of the trial hard modes including vCR3 etc. I have even obtained the dreaded alliance rank 50 dye. In that time I have collected every single dye in the game minus the trophy hunter achievement dyes (above are my dyes). Everything else I have done on one single character over the last 8 years. The only things I have not completed are some trial trifecta achievements. I have done almost everything in the game. Who are you and why does your opinion mean anything to anyone? I believe you need 51 individual trophies to get all the 'common' trophy dyes. This one takes 12 trophies to drop before you unlock that single 'common' dye.
